Andrusiv on the Monitoring of Entry and Exit Control Points
Acting Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional Military-Civilian Administration Victor Andrusiv shared the reasons why the leadership of the Donetsk Regional Administration decided to support the Frontline Inspection project on the air on Channel 5.
“My friends are launching the project “Frontline Inspection”, which we [Donetsk Regional Military-Civilian Administration] also support in order to avoid accusations regarding the behavior of Ukrainian soldiers. Here [in other regions of Ukraine] they are said to always be honest and decent, while on the ground it is often said that they are loose. They are launching the frontline inspection to monitor human rights. It aims to watch soldiers’ behavior with residents and then to make these facts public. I think it will solve all the issues because we will see the real picture – is the situation one way or another. I personally saw various cases of decent deeds performed by our soldiers while there are also some really unpleasant incidents", Andrusiv said.
